FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: in early post-surgical period one should affect with green light diode radiation through artificially applied anastomosis that connects the antrum of Highmore cavity with nasal cavity. Beforehand one should wash the antra with furacillin solution. Then it is necessary to introduce a distal edge of a flexible light guide of light diode apparatus AFS/Z into antral cavities. Wave length is 0.53 mcm, radiation power is 60 mW, the diameter of a light spot ranges 3-5 cm, exposure period corresponds to 5 min, the course of therapy consists of 5 seances. The innovation enables to increase the level of antioxidant tissue protection.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
