FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly forming parts of sheet material by pulse method.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes lower die and arranged coaxially over it working chamber and combustion chamber. In combustion chamber units for supplying and igniting fuel are mounted. Both chambers are placed in the same housing and they are mutually communicated trough opening provided with valve. Housing includes annular cavity arranged coaxially relative to working chamber and communicated with it through duct. Annular piston engaging with blank is mounted in said cavity. Gate valve with two-step piston may be arranged in said duct.

EFFECT: prevention of fuel mixture leakage from combustion chamber, possibility for regulating blank flange forcing effort at forming process.
