FIELD: aeronautical and space engineering and rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed complex is provided with heavy (up to 100 tons in mass) ballistic missiles used as launch vehicle. Proposed complex includes glider, aircraft suitable for towing the glider with the aid of cable line and launch vehicle for injection of spacecraft. Prior to launch, launch vehicle is placed inside glider fuselage. Proposed complex is also provided with transportation and acceleration platform for placing the glider and servicing systems. Glider fuselage has upper and lower parts. Prior to separating the launch vehicle from glider and launching it, lower part of glider is separated from upper one. Platform is provided with engine plant, for example with solid propellant rocket engine.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, reliability and safety; universality of complex.
