FIELD: controlling and diagnosing technique for detecting leakage of transported gas from main pipelines equipped with locking and controlling fittings.
SUBSTANCE: system has indicator gas dosing device with electric output and injector positioned within main pipeline in front of locking and controlling fittings, upstream of gas flow. Gas parameter sensors are made in the form of indicator gas concentration detectors arranged at different sides relative to locking and controlling fittings, at known distances from injector. Data processing unit has two amplifiers, integrator, four threshold devices, three reference signal units, two amplifiers-restrictors, two timers, and subtracting unit. Outputs of first and second indicator gas concentration detectors are connected through respective amplifiers to first inputs of first and second threshold devices, whose second inputs are connected to output of first reference signal unit and outputs are connected through amplifiers-restrictors to stopping inputs of first and second timers, whose starting inputs are connected to electric input of dosing device and outputs are connected to respective inputs of subtracting unit, whose output is connected to first input of third threshold device, whose second input is switched to output of second reference signal unit and output is switched to first input of registering device. Output of second indicator gas concentration detector is additionally connected through integrator to first input of forth threshold device, whose second input is connected to output of third reference signal unit and output is connected to second input of registering device.
EFFECT: increased efficiency by enabling periodical controlling of locking and output parameters of locking and controlling fittings and sealing properties thereof.
