SUBSTANCE: the invention is intended for creation of the conditions hindering origination and propagation of the fire of the air polluting substances and may be used at equipping the industrial buildings and structures. The method of ventilation of the industrial project consists that the air polluted with harmful substances is withdrawn through the air duct into the suction fitting pipeline of the blow fan of the boiler. The conditions hindering origination and propagation in the air duct of inflammation of the polluting air substances are attained(by usage of an acoustic alarm, the device of disconnecting of the blow fan of the boiler, and also the regulating device mounted in the air duct behind the local hood, which are connected to the temperature sensor mounted inside the air duct. The invention ensures the increased reliability and profitability.
