SUBSTANCE: device comprises phase modulator with six input channels, unit for illegible logical output composed of a law data base, database of identification functions, and comparing unit, phase demodulator, actuating member, object to be controlled, and feedback pickup. The input of the feedback pickup is connected with the output of the object to be controlled, and its output is connected with one of the inputs of the phase modulator. The remaining inputs of the phase modulator are connected with the autonomous signal sources.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
