FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: device contains first (1) and second (2) input transistors, emitters of which are connected to inputs (3) and (4) of differential amplifier, collectors are connected to input (5) of non-inverting current amplitude (6), bases are combined and connected to output (7) of non-inverting current amplifier (6), and also first (8) and second (9) auxiliary transistors. Collectors of first (1) and second (2) input transistors are connected to input (5) of non-inverting current amplifier (6) through first (10) and second (11) additional resistors, where the base of first auxiliary transistor (8) is connected to collector of first (1) input transistor, and its emitter is connected to collector outputs second input transistor (2), and collector is connected to first output (12) of differential amplifier, base of second auxiliary transistor (9) is connected to collector of second input transistor (2), its emitter is connected to collector of first input transistor (1) and collector is connected to second output (13) of differential amplifier.
EFFECT: expanded range of active operation of differential amplifier, within limits of which (with preserved steepness) proportionality is ensured between input voltage (Uin) and its output current (IH).
