SUBSTANCE: one should affect with interferential currents with the help of two couples of electrodes, change current frequency within 1-100 Hz, establish current power individually according to a patient's feelings up to the feeling of "comfort beating", carry out therapy in two stages: at the first stage the impact lasts for 10 min, electrodes should be applied paravertebrally at the level of 1-5 lumbar vertebrae; at the second stage one couple of electrodes should be applied on the rear and plantar surface of the foot, the second couple - along anterior and posterior surface of the upper femoral third. The impact should be carried out alternately per 10 min for both inferior limbs. One should carry out 10 seances of the suggested physiotherapy per the whole period of hospitalization. The innovation enables to interrupt pathological process in case of angiopathies of inferior limbs and inflammatory diseases in the organs of small pelvis, decrease intumescence, reduce congested phenomena, improve microcirculation in area of inferior limbs and in the region of small pelvis.
