FIELD: manufacture of fibrous carbon materials by pyrolysis of aromatic and non-aromatic hydrocarbons.

SUBSTANCE: reactor has casing incorporating heaters. Catalyst feeding unit is positioned in upper part of casing, and ready product collector and hydrocarbon gas feeding pipeline are positioned in lower part of casing. Reactor is equipped with settling chamber connected with catalyst feeding unit. Settling chamber is positioned above disk connected with rotational drive and cooperating with immovable scraper. Ready product collector is disposed under disk. Heaters are mounted above and below rotating disk. Branch pipes for collecting of pyrolysis products are fixed in upper part of casing and settling chamber.

EFFECT: increased yield and improved quality of product.
