FIELD: oil production, particularly methods or devices for cementing, for plugging holes, crevices, or the like.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises stop ring made as connection pipe closed from below and provided with sealing members, longitudinal slots and radial channels. The connection pipe has outer annular ledge in upper connection pipe part and conical surface in low part thereof. Support ring provided with pin is telescopically installed on outer connection pipe surface so that the support ring is air-tightly connected to casing pipe. Free end of the pin passes in longitudinal slots of connection pipe and has conical boring formed in lower end thereof. Conical boring corresponds to conical surface of connection pipe. Compression spring is installed between outer annular ledge of connection pipe and support ring. Longitudinal slots are blind and are grouped in upper and lower rows including longitudinal upper and lower slots located so that the slots alternately directed upwards and downwards. Extreme slots are elongated and connect upper and lower rows. Longitudinal slots are connected by means of figured slots so that as connection pipe reciprocates with respect to support ring free end of the pin serially passes in each of longitudinal upper and lower slots.
