SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new composition for delivery of coloring or other active agents to human skin surface and method for production thereof. Disclosed is structured liquid carrier useful in delivery of any cosmetic active substance. Claimed composition contains cosmetic active substance, continuous phase containing water immiscible liquid oily carrier and cyclodipeptide as structuring agent.
EFFECT: decreased temperature of cyclic dipeptide dissolving in liquid carrier and temperature of cosmetic composition gel forming.
