VEGETABLE COMPOSITION FOR TREATMENT OF STENOCARDIA, METHOD FOR ITS PREPARING AND USING Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61K36/537 A61P9/00

Abstract RU 2310466 C2

FIELD: medicine, cardiology, pharmaceutical industry, phytotherapy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition used in treatment of chronic stable stenocardia. The composition useful in treatment of chronic stable stenocardia comprises Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae water-soluble extract, Panax Notoginseng water-soluble extract, borneol and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier taken in the definite ratio. The composition useful in treatment of chronic stable stenocardia containing Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae water-soluble extract, Panax Notoginseng water-soluble extract and borneol wherein indicated extracts comprise active fractions displaying eight peaks in analysis by method of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The composition useful in treatment chronic stable stenocardia containing Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae water-soluble extract, Panax Notoginseng water-soluble extract and borneol comprises the definite amount of Danshensu, sanshinoside R1 and ginsenoside Rg1 per one pill. Invention relates to a method for treatment of states associated with chronic stable stenocardia involving using above describes compositions. Invention relates to a method for preparing a composition useful in treatment of chronic stable stenocardia comprising separate extraction of Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae and Panax Notoginseng in treatment with hot water, separate filtration, separate concentrating filtrates, separate purification of concentrates using resin-containing column, and concentrating to yield the purified Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae water-soluble extract and the purified Panax Notoginseng water-soluble extract followed by mixing purified water-soluble extracts with the corresponding amount of borneol to prepare the composition useful in treatment of chronic stable stenocardia. Invention relates to a method for preparing a composition useful in treatment of chronic stable stenocardia involving extraction of water-soluble component of Panax Notoginseng wherein vegetable mass is diluted with water, water-soluble components of Panax Notoginseng are extracted by boiling into tank under definite conditions for a definite time. Then extracts are filtered, filtrate is purified by elution with ethanol from coarse-pored adsorption resin and eluted extracts are concentrated under definite conditions. Then water-components of Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae are extracted wherein vegetable mass is diluted with water, water-soluble components of Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae are extracted by boiling into tank under definite conditions and extracted again under the same conditions for definite time. Extract is filtered and filtrates are concentrated under definite conditions, precipitated with ethanol and solution containing concentrates precipitated with ethanol is filtered, and filtrated are concentrated under definite conditions followed by purification of concentrates by elution from a chromatography column filled with polyamide and purified extracts are concentrated Then pills are prepared by mixing extracts of Panax Notoginseng, Radix Salviae Miltorrhizae, synthetic borneol and polyethylene glycol-6000 taken in the definite ratio, melting a mixture and preparing pills from melted mass by dosing device under definite conditions and centrifugation of pills to remove oil. Above described compositions promotes to effective treatment of chronic stable stenocardia.

EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of composition.
