FIELD: manufacturing processes in electrochemical production, namely apparatuses for water electrolysis.

SUBSTANCE: hydrogen-oxygen mixture generator includes rocking device with drive mounted in fluid-tight housing with cooling jacket; electrolyzer with cut-off organ for discharging gas and with leads for power supply to its electrodes from DC source; apparatus for supplying and spraying electrolyte. Rocking device is in the form of compressor. Electrolyzer is arranged in separate fluid-tight housing communicated with compressor through branch pipe for feeding electrolyte. Apparatus for feeding and spraying electrolyte is made with possibility of feeding electrolyte to suction unit of compressor. The last is made with possibility of creating evacuation in its suction unit in fluid-tight housing, compressing steam and feeding prepared working fluid under pressure to electrolyzer which is communicated through cut-off organ with consumer of hydrogen-oxygen mixture.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and safety of generator operation.
