SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an agent eliciting anti-infectious and anti-trichomoniasis activity. Agent consists of liposomal envelope and active substance of vegetable origin incorporated into its. Active substance represents 2-C-B-D-(glucopyranoside)-1,3,6,7-tetraoxyxanthon and/or extract prepared from sea-buckthorn leaves (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) or their mixture wherein the mass ratio active substance to liposomal envelope = from 1:0.5 to 1:50. Liposomal envelope of the preparation comprises one or some phospholipids chosen from bovine or porcine brain or skin, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylserine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and liposomal envelope can comprise cholesterol as an additive component. Another object of invention represents anti-infectious pharmaceutical composition based on agent characterized above. Except for the liposomal preparation the composition comprises in sum 5.0% of vitamins and up to 1.0% of trace elements per the total mass of preparation. Agent and composition possess expanded spectrum of anti-infectious effect, enhanced activity and high bioavailability.
