Process comprises preparation of ceramic molding mass by coarse and moderate grinding of raw quarry clay material, laying in clay storehouse accompanying with natural partial drying in surface layers in average to 18%, and passing between fine-grinding rolls with gap 1-2 mm after preliminarily moistening of clay material with 0.2 M (1.2%) acetic acid solution to molding moisture content.

EFFECT: increased construction quality factor and excluded low-quality produce.
