FIELD: mechanical cleaning of textile products.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor for transportation of carpets and textile products during mechanical cleaning has base consisting of stretched parallel flexible members formed as tension bars. Ends of tension bars are fixed on toothed belts which embrace driving and driven shafts. Two independent pressure shafts are hung to rotating cantilevered parts above driven shaft so that their axes are offset relative to this shaft inward of container. Product under process is preliminarily furnished with V-shaped pressure catches and put with these pressure catches onto one of free tension bars of conveyor. Upon termination of cleaning process, catch is advanced onto rigid skew stop to be released from tension bar.
EFFECT: high-quality cleaning of products having various thicknesses, simplified maintenance of conveyor and enhanced reliability in operation.
