SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a liquid cosmetic agent for skin care as lotion mainly that comprises herbal decoction as an aqueous medium and prepared by maceration of milled vegetable raw in boiling layer under vacuum in aqueous medium followed by preserving with alcohol-containing composition. Using the claimed herbal decoctions provides conferring both nutrient, anti-inflammatory and wound-healing effect to cosmetic agents and regenerating properties based on increased capacity for penetration through cutaneous barrier and stimulating metabolic processes. Components of the composition do not cause allergic responses and can be used by a number of consumers for constant using. Invention can be used in producing lotions, lotions-tonics, agents used for washing after making-up removing and other liquid cosmetic agents for body care and, in the first, for face skin care.
