FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; methods of manufacture of the solid rocket fuels.
SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertaining to the solid rocket fuels. The inventions present the method of manufacture of the cooled below the environment temperature solid fuel for the rocket engines in the cryogenic monergol systems out of the heterogeneous liquid-solid fuels, in which at least one of the reactants - the oxidant or the fuel - contains at the standard temperature the liquid or gaseous phases. At least one liquid or gaseous phase, which is the reactant in the form of the fuel or the oxidant, is transferred into the solid having the cavities connected among themselves structure made out of the reactant concerning the liquid phase. Then the liquid or solid phase inside the solid structure is transferred into the stable below the standard temperature cryogenic solid phase. The group of inventions also presents the solid fuel cooled below the environment temperature for the rocket engines. The group of the inventions is directed to the increased efficiency of the fuel, improvement of its stability at its storage, exclusion of the continuous ignition of the cryogenic-solid fuels.
EFFECT: the group of the inventions ensures the increased efficiency of the fuel, improvement of its stability at its storage, exclusion of the continuous ignition of the cryogenic-solid fuels.
