FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed screw contains head with spline space and rod with threaded surface. Conical recess in lower part of spline space exceeds height of spline space and corresponds to conical shank of device for holding and turning-in screws providing holding of screw owing to friction forces. Rod is provided with threaded transient section found between head and threaded surface for rod, and thread of transient section in inner diameter is made with taper corresponding to taper of conical recess. Device for holding and turning-in of screws has housing with turning-in end-piece whose shape corresponds to shape of spline space in screw head. Housing in provided with cup and rod separated by spring and arranged inside housing. Rod is installed for longitudinal travel and angular deflection. Rod is provided with hemisphere in middle part pressed by spring to semispherical bottom of housing inner space. Upper part of rod is pointed and is arranged with possibility of alignment with face of cup for alignment of rod with screw. Lower part of rod is provided with conical shank corresponding to conical recess of screw.
EFFECT: improved reliability of orientation and automatic assembling of screws owing to improved reliability of process of mating.
