FIELD: the proposed mode and the arrangement may be used for detection of living people and their remains in obstructions, shelters, under the snow, and also for remote definition without any contact of the frequency of breathing and the frequency of heart's systoles in medical establishments.

SUBSTANCE: the technical result means expansion of functional possibilities and improvement of operating characteristics due to additional usage of Doppler frequency of a reflected signal appearing at displacements, breathing and heart activity of the living beings present in obstructions. The arrangement that realizes the proposed mode has a high frequency oscillator, a directed coupler, an impulse modulator, an antenna block, a quadrature demodulator, preliminary amplifiers, band filters, multiplexers, multi-channel band filters, demultiplexers, short-circuiting electronic keys, low frequency amplifiers, an analogue-digital converter, a multiplexers' control block, a demultiplexers' control block, a modulated impulses generator, a digital processing block, an indication block, a polarizer, a transmitting antenna, receiving antennas, high frequency amplifiers, keys, multipliers, narrow band filters, a frequency shift device, mixers, intermediate frequency amplifiers, an amplitude limiter, phase detectors, a comparison block, the second heterodyne.
