SUBSTANCE: method for eliminating gas contamination of domestic compartments with liquid component vapors of human organism waste involves dispersing said waste with rinsing water; draining resultant dispersion into sewage and ejecting vapor-saturated closet basin air. After discharging of human waste into closet basin, user isolates closet basin from atmosphere of toilet room; to do that, user moves separating film on end of closet basin until complete closing of closet basin, without standing up from seat. Then user opens closet basin rinsing valve and closes said valve upon termination of rinsing process. In order to open closet basin for usage, separating film is moved in reverse direction. Also, sanitary arrangement is described in Specification.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in eliminating saturation of domestic compartments with human organism waste vapors during usage of closet basin, and reduced material consumption and labor intensity for manufacture of sanitary arrangement.
