FIELD: mechanical engineering; load handling facilities.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains rotor with radial spokes secured on horizontal shaft, additional shafts secured on spokes parallel to rotor shaft and provided with periodical rotation drive, lever mechanisms, each containing hinge-coupled crank secured on additional shaft, connecting rod and rocker, and turnable grips mechanically coupled with shaft of rotor by said lever mechanisms. Mechanical coupling of each grip with shaft of rotor includes gear wheel and gear meshing with wheel which are rigidly coupled with rocker and grip, respectively. Axes of rocking of rocker and gear wheel are aligned.
EFFECT: increased capacity of device and improved quality of stowing of articles in containers.
