FIELD: aircraft industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to turbojet engine thrust reversers. Proposed thrust reverser for turbojet engine has two flaps 10a, 10b, each being controlled by electronic unit 18a, 18b and at least one sensor 40, 42, 43 for each flap, measuring, at least, one characteristic of flap position. Said sensor of each flap is coupled with electronic control unit which controls said flap. Electronic control units are interconnected for exchange of said characteristic of position. Reverser contains additionally electronic computing fully reliable control device 20 provided with two communication channels 20a, 20b each communicating with two electronic control units 18 a, 18b, to get flap position characteristic from each electronic unit and data on functioning of each electronic control unit. Channels are in communication to exchange data on characteristics of position of each flap and data on functioning of each electronic control unit. As a result, pilot is constantly informed of position of flaps and on functioning of electronic control units even in case of failure of one of said electronic units and one of communication channels of electronic computing fully reliable control device.

EFFECT: provision of safety in service owing to information of position of flaps, even when they are damage.
