FIELD: construction materials industry; other industries; tunnel furnaces for burning of the natural materials and the articles made out of them.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the engineering dealt with burning of the natural materials and the articles made out of them and may be used at production of the construction ceramic articles, in particular, for production of the bricks. The tunnel furnace for burning of the ceramic articles includes the working line with the sections of the preliminary heating, burning and cooling of the ceramic articles. The work line is restricted by the side walls, the main crown and the additional crown with the inter-crown space. The gas distribution system (ventilation) of the tunnel furnace includes, at least, the suction pipeline, the blower and the feeding pipe. At that the suction pipeline connects the inter-crown space of the furnace to the blower, and the feeding pipeline connects the blower to the cooling section of the working line and-or with the space between the burning section and the section of the working line cooling section. The technical result of the invention is stabilization of the qualitative indexes of the final products at provision of the most rational temperature mode of the treatment, and also in the reduction of the fuel consumption at the expense of usage of the heat from the inter-crown space.
EFFECT: the invention ensures stabilization of the qualitative indexes of the final products at provision of the most rational temperature mode of the treatment, and also in the reduction of the fuel consumption due to usage of the heat from the inter-crown space.
