SUBSTANCE: method involves suturing peritoneum, muscles, aponeurosis and subcutaneous fat cellular tissue edges with continuous removable suture. Each laparotomic wound layer is fixed with blanket suture capturing tissues using suture material in spirally twisted way.
EFFECT: reduced risk of inflammatory complications in suture zone; accelerated wound healing.
