FIELD: apparatuses for molding matters in palletized state, mainly in production by casting of gasified patterns of foamed polystyrene.
SUBSTANCE: semi-automatic machine includes base on which two fixed brackets are mounted. In one bracket one press-mold half provided with injection devices communicating to hopper for raw material and with air injection main pipeline is mounted. On second fixed bracket pneumatic cylinder whose rod is joined with movable plate is mounted. On said plate other press-mold half movable along guides mutually closing said two fixed brackets. Semi-automatic machine is provided with additional movable plate having remotely controlled stoppers. In said guides mutually closing fixed brackets groves are formed in zone of joining press-mold halves. On additional plate short-stroke pneumatic drives engaging with movable plate are mounted. On said movable plate press-mold half joined with rod of pneumatic cylinder arranged on second fixed bracket is mounted.
EFFECT: reduced compressed air consumption at operation of semi-automatic machine, elimination of fins occurring on molded patterns in butt plane of joined press-mold halves.
