FIELD: electric engineering, possible use in mining industry, on vehicles, lifting machines.
SUBSTANCE: introduced to device for controlling startup of reducer electric motor is an indicator of gap in kinematic chain, which measures mechanical voltages in elements of kinematic chain, proportional to rotation momentum, generated by electric motor. After selection of gaps is finished, resistance momentum on motor shaft increases and reaches maximal value, generated in the mode of safe gap selection. Given increase of momentum is registered by means of a gap relay indicator, which injects a signal into control system for transition from special mode of operation to further startup.
EFFECT: ensured transition from special operation mode with limiting of momentum for safe selection of gaps to further startup on basis of objective data about presence of gap in kinematic chain of motor.
