FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves intracorporally introducing system filled with medical remedy based on Naltrexon into patient stomach for approximately 6 months. Naltrexon is applied in daily dose of 50 mg supplied in solution from the system into patient stomach. Dosing system has dosing micropump having electronic control means and power supply source, reservoir for storing the medical remedy. The reservoir is flexible shell manufactured from material physiologically permissible for keeping it in the stomach. The dosing micropump is enclosed in common casing with electronic control means and power supply source and placed into the reservoir. Its end face bearing outlet chamber having outlet opening coupled with reservoir outlet opening having tightly sealed valve.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; provided conditions making self-standing treatment termination.
