SUBSTANCE: invention describes a finely divided film-forming powder used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutrient compositions. Proposed powder shows particles size 100 μm, not above, and comprising a mixture consisting of at least one active substance in the amount from 0.001 to 90 wt.-%, at least one biocompatible adhesion agent and at least one plasticizing agent taken in the amount from 0.1 to 30 wt.-%. Film formed after applying powder on hydrated or wetted support possesses good adhesion and cohesion properties.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, enhanced and valuable properties of film.
