FIELD: control equipment for lifting devices, particularly mechanized automated systems to control mine winder.
SUBSTANCE: control device comprises setting and indication unit including programmed controller. The first and the second annular photoelectric vessel position sensors and output bus of technological automatics are linked to controller inputs. Linked to controller outputs are serial interface block, braking control block and mine winder control system inputs. Self-control block is also included in the device. Electric drive of mine winder and lifting plant control system are linked to self-control block. Device comprises current and voltage sensors connected to continuous signal input blocks, movement control unit having outputs linked to lifting plant control system, monitor connection unit and monitor linked to the monitor connection unit. Device includes permanent memory block and communication unit, which provides linkage with information network.
EFFECT: increased lifting plant operation safety level, reliability and capacity due to extended control functionality.
