FIELD: communication systems, for example, phone systems, and also decentralized communication systems, functioning according to peer to peer principle.
SUBSTANCE: peer phone system contains a set of end users and a communication structure, through which one or more end users may connect to exchange information. System is characterized by the following: (a) communication structure is practically decentralized from the standpoint of commutation of communication routes in it for connection of one or more end users; (b) aforementioned one or more end users may set up their own communication routes through structure on basis of exchange with one or more authorization certificates, namely, user authenticity certificates for getting access to structure; and (c) aforementioned structure includes administration means for outputting aforementioned one or more certificates to aforementioned one or more end users.
EFFECT: increased stability and reliability of client authentication, network access control and recording in a decentralized phone system.
