FIELD: aircraft engine manufacture; pneumatic change-over systems for swiveling reaction nozzles mounted on turbo-jet engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes two articulation units which are pneumatically interconnected with the aid of telescopic joint. Each articulation unit has hollow bush with lug and hollow angle-piece with bearing bead and its sealing members. Bush axis is parallel to axis of rotation of nozzle. Cavity of one of angle-pieces is communicated with engine pneumatic system and cavity of other angle-piece is communicated with pneumatic system of swiveling reaction nozzle. Lug of one of bushes is articulated on fixed body of nozzle and lug of other bush is articulated on movable body of nozzle. Each articulation unit is provided with hollow T-piece. Bush has central slot which is perpendicular relative to its axis and symmetrical relative to lug. Two ends of T-piece received by bush slot are articulated with end of hollow angle-piece received by them; angle-piece is immovable relative to bush. Telescopic joint is formed by free ends of T-pieces of both articulation units. End of angle-piece connected with T-piece is provided with radial holes along axis of telescopic joint with threaded or smooth plug inserted at interference fit; this plug is provided with bearing bead.
EFFECT: reduced wear of articulation and telescopic joint components due to two-support attachment of articulation unit and avoidance of misalignment in telescopic joint.
