SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention the effect is achieved in protection device by physical separation of aforementioned protection element from visually detectable or public protective element. Also, in accordance to the invention, method is claimed for manufacturing protection device in accordance to the invention, and also protected document, wherein at least one of aforementioned devices is utilized.
EFFECT: increased number of pattern variants, usable for machine-readable protective element, made partially of light-absorbing (magnetic for example) material, with more efficient concealment or masking of given material.
