SUBSTANCE: proposed raw material mix contains the following constituents, mass-%: alumocromphosphate binder, 10.-20.0; electrical fusion corundum, 10.0-30.0; commercial alumina, 40.0-50.0; blast-furnace slag, 10.0-15.0; the remainder being lime.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of concrete.
