FIELD: medicine, microbiology, immunology.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes providing of serum from rabbits hyperimmunized with inactivated and then with living pertussis microbes. Then using affine sorbent based on aluminum hydroxide gel anti-pertussis antibodies are isolated from serum followed by additional purification by exhaustive adsorption with parapertussis microbes adsorbed on aluminum hydroxide gel; mixed with staphylococci suspension containing A protein, precipitated vy centrifugation, resuspended in buffered physiological saline of pH 7.2-7.4 in form of 2 % suspension and used as diagnosis reagent in coagglutination reaction.

EFFECT: method of increased sensitivity.
