FIELD: burying super-toxic industrial waste.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method for burying super-toxic industrial waste includes sequential placement of water-tight shield, its compaction, placement and compaction of waste, waste covering with second water-tight shield, its compaction and covering with soil-vegetable layer followed by planting. Used as water-tight shield is insulating material IM-1 composed of oil sludge, limestone in small-sized form, boring waste, clay rock, biological preparation impregnated with liquid bitumen or tar. Grouted-in-cement blocks are formed from super-toxic waste in wet medium at 40-60 °C for 1-3 days prior to placement of waste, block ingredients being as follows: super-toxic waste, Portland cement, river sand, insulating material IM-1, proportion of ingredients being as follows, parts by mass: super-toxic waste, 1; insulating material IM-1, 0.05-0.1; they are covered with liquid bitumen or tar for 3-5 minutes, then cooled down, and conveyed for placement.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of environment protection in the course of burying and long-time safe storage of buried waste.
