FIELD: aircraft instrumentation engineering; measurement of fuel capacity and consumption on board maneuverable aircraft.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system is provided with fuel mass flow meter mounted in fuel line, fuel flow sensors mounted in filling and service lines of fuel tanks, as well as in trimming lines, unit cooling lines, return line and fuel replenishing line, fuel level sensors and detectors mounted in fuel tanks and fuel temperature sensors mounted in lines and in tanks of aircraft power plant. System is also provided with onboard computer, comparison unit, indicator and the following electronic units: bypass unit, return unit, filling unit, replenishing unit and trimming unit.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability.
