FIELD: multi-functional induction plant for crucible melting of metals, thermal processing of parts for hardening and plastic deformation.
SUBSTANCE: device is provided with key transistor generator of variable frequency, connected to primary winding of matching transformer with adjustable transformation coefficient, secondary winding of which through parallel-interconnected additional compensating capacitors and contacts of additional commutating elements, is connected to primary winding of current transformer, secondary winding of which, through parallel-interconnected compensating capacitors and contacts of commutating elements, is connected to an inductor. Device is also provided with automatic frequency tuning block and block for stabilization of output power. Device features secondary winding of current transformer realized in form of volumetric coil divided on sections, connected by compensating capacitors and contacts of commutating elements.
EFFECT: device is universal, power efficient and may be used in various technological processes for hardening and heating parts, melting metals.
