SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents for cleaning and disinfecting natural and waste waters, which can also be used in a variety of flocculation processes. Disinfecting agent of invention contains 1.5-2.0% polyguanidine compound and 0.1-1.5% quaternary ammonium compound (at weight ratio between 1:1 and 4:1, respectively), 0.2-1.0% N.N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine, and water - the balance, said quaternary ammonium compound being selected from alkyl(dimethyl)benzyl ammonium halide C_12-14, alkyltrimethylammonium halide, polyethylenepyrrolidonium halide, and dodecyldimethylammonium chloride.

EFFECT: expanded functional possibilities of agent and increased its biocide properties.
