SUBSTANCE: invention provides heat-and-cold carrier containing heat-carrying base in the form of water-soluble metal salt, pH level regulator within pH range 7.5-8.5 in the form of alkali and/or alkali-earth metal, film-forming corrosion inhibitor in the form of chromic acid salt, and water. Heat-and-cold carrier according to invention is characterized by further containing adsorption corrosion inhibitors: inorganic hydro- and/or dihydrophosphates of alkali and/or alkali-earth metals, organic alkali and/or alkali-earth metal acetates, and nonionic surfactants (pH of solution reaches 14), said water-soluble metal salt being selected from alkali and/or alkali-earth metal chlorides, in particular bischofite, and said chromic acid salt from alkali and/or alkali-earth metal chromates.

EFFECT: reduced corrosion activity.
