SUBSTANCE: cast iron contains, mass %: carbon, 3.0 - 3.3; silicon, 0.2 - 0.4; manganese, 0.4 - 0.8; aluminum, 2.2 - 2.7; antimony, 0.1 - 0.3; copper, 0.4 - 0.6; chrome, 4.0 - 4.5; hafnium, 1.0 - 2.0; cerium, 0.05 - 0.1; iron, the balance.
EFFECT: increased thermal stability of cast iron.
