SUBSTANCE: proposed stator winding of four-pole induction generator has 12 coil groups; phase leads are brought out of integrated start 4 and finish 3 of coil groups, from integrated start 8 and finish 7 of coil groups, from start 12 and finish 11 of coil groups, from integrated start 2 and finish 5 of coil groups, from integrated start 6 and finish 9 of coil groups, and from integrated start 10 and finish 1 of coil groups; coil-group starting lead 1 is connected to coil-group finishing lead 7; coil-group starting lead 5, to coil-group finishing lead 11; coil-group starting lead 9, to finishing lead 3; coil-group finishing lead 2, to coil-group starting lead 8,; coil-group finishing lead 6, to starting lead 12 finishing lead 10, to starting lead 4.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics due to reduced differential dissipation of proposed winding whose close emf correlation across its leads aids in reduction of capacitor rating.
