SUBSTANCE: the present innovation refers to the technology for preparing fresh apples for storage for their further usage in cosmic nutrition. The inspected apples at the preset mode parameters should be washed in drinking water to be successively kept in the solutions of potassium permanganate and citric acid and in the suspension of the preparation obtained out of Saprolegnia parasitica micromycete biomass according to the preset technique followed by the impact of ultraviolet irradiation. Then one should pack them by the piece into cigarette paper to put into polymer trays. The innovation prolongs the storage period of apples up to 45 d to be applied then in cosmic nutrition.
