SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the following operations: first, it is necessary to extract Mortierella spinosa micromycete biomass with a nonpolar extragent in supracritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining the first extract with a solid residue to obtain the preparation out of the biomass mentioned. Then it is important to sterilize distilled water, paper napkins and cigarette paper. After that due to using sterilized distilled water one should prepare 0.02%-potassium permanganate solution, 0.5%-citric acid solution and 0.005%-suspension of the preparation obtained out of the biomass. Then apples should be inspected and washed in running drinking water at about 20-30°C. Then apples should be successively kept at room temperature in the solutions of potassium permanganate and citric acid and in the suspension of the preparation obtained out of the biomass, for 5 min each stage. Then one should remove the residues of each solution from fruit surface with sterilized paper napkins. Then it is necessary to irradiate fruit with ultraviolet radiation from opposite sides for 30 min/each one at radiation power being about 1.5-2.5 W/cu. m. Under aseptic conditions one should pack fruit by the piece into cigarette paper to be put into sterile polymer trays to form a single layer. This technology provides the chance to deliver apples onto a space object to be kept there for 45 d and applied in cosmic nutrition.
