FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, machined milking of farm animals.
SUBSTANCE: milking unit has teat cups connected to milk claw, pulsator, vacuum regulator, and milk receiving device. Vacuum regulator is formed as casing with opening in its upper part, said opening being designed for communicating of casing with atmosphere. Regulator positioned within casing for movement in vertical plane is designed for regulating effective section of opening which communicates casing with atmosphere. Opening section regulator is made in the form of metal needle connected to float positioned within vacuum regulator casing. The latter has milk inlet union provided in upper part of side wall and connected through milk branch pipe with milk claw which is connected to two-chamber teat cups. Milk outlet opening provided in lower part of vacuum regulator casing is connected to milk receiving device via slide valve for regulating of milk flow. Effective section of the device is adjusted by means of lower needle connected to float. Also, vacuum supplying union is positioned in upper part of casing side wall.
EFFECT: improved milking process and extent of milking and reduced disadvantageous action of vacuum upon animal udder.
