Abstract RU 2318911 C2

FIELD: products of super-strong steel and article of such steel.

SUBSTANCE: article is made of super-strong steel containing at least bainite phase and (or) martensite phase. Said phases are distributed in such a way that total content of both said phases exceed 35%. Method for producing article comprises steps of preparing steel slab; hot rolling of said slab at temperature of rolling process termination exceeding temperature Ar3 for forming hot rolled substrate; cooling till temperature of coiling said substrate and coiling substrate at temperature of coiling in range 450 - 750°C; etching substrate in order to remove oxides. According to invention cold rolled and in several cases hot zinc-plated steel sheet with thickness less than 1 mm and with ultimate tension strength value in range 800-1600 MPa is produced while elongation degree is in range 5 - 17% depending upon parameters of manufacturing process.

EFFECT: steel composition of article providing possibility for achieving high strength values and simultaneously for keeping good shaping capability and optimal quality of coating after zinc-plating.
