FIELD: medical instruments.
SUBSTANCE: ophthalmologic pincers can be used in eye surgery. Ophthalmologic pincers is made in for m of elongated branches connected with their ends. Branches have support surfaces for fingers at opposite sides and working parts, curved along arc, having additional reduced curve. Reduced additional curve is oriented with its convexity into side being opposite to arc and it is provided with end fixing aid for tissues in form of sharpened protrusion and sharpened fork made to meet to protrusion. Working parts are curved along arc, which has chord, 3,5 times and more exceeding its camber. Camber of reduced additional curve equals to ¼ camber of arc. Curves for atraumatic interaction with tissues are made onto concave surfaces of arc.
EFFECT: optimal interaction of pincers with tissues.
