FIELD: equipment for fine grinding of materials and homogenization of multiple-component mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: vibration mill has casing mounted in horizontal position on support by means of elastic shock-absorbers and provided with driving unbalancing vibrator and grinding chambers wherein milling cylindrical bodies are placed and which are connected to each other through chutes for transfer of material under grinding process from one chamber into the other chamber. Milling bodies are made in the form of pipes freely positioned within one another, and rod. Double radial gap B between contacting surfaces of milling chamber, pipes and rod is within the dependence: B=(0.7-1.0)2A, where A is amplitude of circular vibrations of casing.
EFFECT: increased grinding extent.
