SUBSTANCE: device contains input switchboard 1, control device 2, blocks 31, 32,..., 3n for computing a probability of failure, blocks 41, 42,..., 4N for computing costs, first 51, 52,..., 5N-1 and second 81, 82,...,8n-1 groups of adders, comparators 61, 62,..., 6N-1, first 71, 72,...,7N-1 and second 101, 102,...,10N-1 groups of random access recording devices, elements "AND" 91, 92,...,9N-1, indication block 11. The goal is achieved by introducing input switchboard, blocks for computing failure probability, blocks for computing costs, adders, comparators, first and second groups of random access recording devices, elements "AND" and indication block into prototype device.
EFFECT: automated detection of most efficient configuration for a system with set reliability level.
