FIELD: safety razors with directed reciprocating motion of blade using supersonics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using shaving apparatus with replaceable blade cassettes. Apparatus has accumulator battery, supersonic generator, piezoelectric ceramic supersonic emitter and supersonic transmitting member. Supersonic vibration energy is transmitted from piezoelectric ceramic supersonic emitter to cassette with cutting blades and to blades proper by means of supersonic transmitting member formed as lever. Lever support is rigidly connected to casing of shaving apparatus. One end of lever is spring-biased to casing inner walls so as to contact with supersonic emitter, and other end of lever abuts against slot wall and flexible layer which are disposed on cassette containing blades. Frequency of supersonic radiation varies between 20 KHz and 5 MHz at radiation intensity of 0.001-1 W.
EFFECT: improved shaving quality, prolonged service life of cutting blades, and soft supersonic massaging of skin surface.
